(1) Chop all the ingredients round or wedges
(2) Shred the cabbage but not very thin
(3) Peel the onion,garlic and finely chop
(4) Peel the potoes and grater then add in cold water
COOKING
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a deep pot then add in the chopped onions, saute until golden brown then add in the shredded cabbage, stir and cover for 3 minuntes After that add in the seasonings pinch of black/pepper or any of your choice. Then squeeze out all the starchy water from the potatoe then add together with the cabbage and onoins. Stir and make sure that all the water in the pot has finish then add in the rest of the vegetalbles. Stir and cover for another 3 minutes we want crunchy vegetables, then now transfer in an oven casserole or pyrex bowl.
EGG MIXTURE
Beat 4 large eggs then season with pinch of garlic pwd, all-purpose seasoning, salt, chili flakes and pinch of black/pepperThen add in 20 ml of milk or (laktos free) milkThen with 50g graterd cheese Now spread out the vegetables evenly and then empty the egg mixture on topLast spinkle the rest of the cheese on top. AS MUCH AS YOU WISHThen bake into the preheated oven for 25 minutes
