Ingredients
  

  • 1 red onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 250 g mushroom
  • 100 g leeks
  • 3 pkt bacon
  • 1 normal onion
  • 500 g asparagus
  • 500 g potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp white pepper
  • 4 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

GARNISH

  • 20 g fresh or dried parsley curly leaf

Instructions
 

  • First cut the hard part of the asparagus at the end because it is not so easy to eat.
    Rince the asparagus and pat them dry
    It is also posible to the steam the asparagus just for one minute prior to cooking
    Open the the pakets of bacon pat dry the asparagus and start wrapping the asparagus with bacon one at a time until you complete the entire task
    These vegetables would taste so good and come out very juicy and tender when we fry them
    You can either fry or grill them in the oven or airfryer
    If you dont eat bacon use chicken breast thinly slaced by useing the same procedure
    Heat the pan and start to gently cook the asparagus over low heat to ensure even cooking, or consider steaming them prior to wrapping
    Cook without oil because the bacon vill render its fat.
    Keep on turning them until you achieve a beautiful brown colour.
    After cooking the asparagus transfer them on a flat plate and evenly distribute
    the sauted vegetables on top
    This recipe is tasty, full of flovor, fast and easy also afordable
    The asparagus are juicy the bacon crispy and delicious
    The ASPARAGUS can be accompanied by mashed potatoes, with mushroom sauce
    then garnish with finely chopped curly leaf parsley or dill

STIRFRY GRAVY

  • Chop the onions, garlic, leeks with mushroom
    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in the pan
    Stirfry the onions together with garlic until you achieve a golden brown
    colour then incorperate the chopped leeks which will bring out an awesome taste
    Continue to stir for a minute then add in 1 tsp of lemon fresh juice
    Add in the mushroom after 1 minute
    For taste add in your desired seasonings i have added in paprika powder, chili flakes, onion and garlic powder, oregano with a pinch of black pepper
    The combination of these seasoning will bring out a good taste to the gravy.
    To let the seaonings infuse into the vegetables incorporate 2 tbsp of water to loosen the sause
    As soon as all the water in the gravy has evapourated then the sause is ready for consumption.
